Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. During busy periods, such as product launches, conventions, sales, or holidays, processing times may be a little longer.
If there are any unexpected delays, I'll always do my best to keep you updated.
UK Shipping
Orders are shipped using a tracked postal service where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
I ship to most countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes that may be charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside of my control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is their responsibility.
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch and I'll happily help you contact the courier and investigate the shipment.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
