What app do you use to draw?
I draw on my iPad Pro 11" 2020 and use the app Procreate, which is available on the app store. I use the gen 2 apple pencil. While this setup works for me, this might not be the best one for you! The Pro models aren't a necessity for drawing digitally, and in fact, the iPad Air I used before was just as good. I have also used the Gen 1 apple pencil before and this was great too! Make sure to do your own research before buying an iPad, or any other device for drawing. Lastly, I would recommend a good storage size for drawing! Currently I use 1TB.

 

What brushes do you use?

For sketching, I use the 6B Pencil brush that comes with the Procreate app. For lineart, I use the Reed brush that also comes free with the Procreate app. For blending, I use the Vine Charcoal brush that, you guessed it, comes free with the Procreate app. For colouring in, I like using Stefs Sketch Brush, which you can get for free by subscribing to Stefan Kunz's mailing list.  This is not sponsored, I just really love this brush!

Do you have a tip jar/tattoo tickets?
